Parents Are the Most Powerful Part of the Therapy Process
Parents spend the most time with their child and understand them best. This course explains why your involvement has the biggest impact on progress and how your role supports meaningful change.
Real Progress Happens in Everyday Life, Not Just Sessions
Therapy is important, but growth happens during daily routines at home, school, and in the community. This course shows how everyday moments help skills stick and continue outside of sessions.
Parent Leadership Creates Consistency and Lasting Change
When parents lead and stay involved, strategies make sense across settings. This course highlights how parent leadership helps align care, reduce confusion, and support progress that lasts over time.

His journey into Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is deeply personal, stemming from his experience growing up with an autistic brother. This personal reckoning fueled his professional mission to find a "better way". As CEO of Hickory Learning Group, Sean leads the development of innovative learning solutions aimed at empowering individuals and organizations to reach their full potential. The company's vision is rooted in fostering a mindset of lifelong development and smart growth. He founded Hickory Learning Group to challenge outdated models and empower parents as primary agents of change. Through the Rad N Bad Podcast, Sean engages in unfiltered conversations, critical analysis, and directly addresses what's working, what's broken, and what needs to change in ABA. His expertise is a unique blend of hands-on clinical experience, a passion for designing impactful learning systems, and an unwavering commitment to honest, critical evaluation of the field's practices. He is dedicated to redefining parent involvement as essential, building confident parent advocates, and elevating the entire field by pushing for practical, ethical, and truly impactful strategies.
